01 / Integration
Native OCEANS-X integration layer
System-to-system, not screen-scraped. Direct digital port clearance and live data streams from day one.
PortCall.ai builds maritime AI on Singapore's OCEANS-X. We're live today with Nāvika — pilotage decision-support in daily use by pilots — and we extend outward across the port call from there. A port's own data, turned into the plan on the ground.
Built on MPA's OCEANS-X · Full Singapore port profile · Continuous fleet intelligence, live
Six engineering primitives behind every PortCall.ai product — from the OCEANS-X integration layer to the responsible-AI framework aligned with AI Singapore's AIRI.
01 / Integration
System-to-system, not screen-scraped. Direct digital port clearance and live data streams from day one.
02 / Prediction
Probabilistic ETA and port-call forecasting, modelled on Singapore arrival data. In validation — hours, not days.
03 / Autonomy
Booking, clearance, paperwork, follow-ups — handed off to agents that never sleep, fully auditable.
04 / Data fabric
Live OCEANS-X data surfaces plus any port's own feeds — authority APIs, AIS, VTS — fused, normalised, and ready for downstream AI.
05 / Responsibility
Aligned with AI Singapore's AIRI. Every decision time-stamped, explainable and reversible.
06 / Compliance
ISO-27001 and SOC 2 in 2026. Data sovereignty between AU and SG by default, not by negotiation.
Today it's Nāvika — our live pilotage decision-support suite — plus Port Intelligence screening the Singapore fleet around the clock, VPC closing the loop with the vessel, and a tamper-evident evidence layer under all of it. The platform extends outward across the port call.
In daily use by real pilots. Assembles each pilotage from a port's own data — pre-boarding brief, passage plan, UKC/tide window, Master/Pilot Exchange — across MPX, OPS, CREW, e-CHIT and the Portal. Works offline on the bridge, sends the exchange to the vessel for review before boarding, and onboards a whole new port from its own data. See Nāvika ↗
The live fleet, screened every 15 minutes: sanctions (OFAC · DFAT), Port State Control detention history (Paris & Tokyo MoU — 5,800+ vessels), data-integrity validation, an event timeline and a risk-coloured fleet map with per-vessel deep-check.
A master-facing link from the pilotage or port side: pilot boarding time, boarding-ground traffic, a just-in-time arrival advisory that cuts anchorage idle and fuel — and the master's arrival notification back to the port. One handshake, both directions.
Every app writes a hash-chained, tamper-evident record of what was decided and signed — allocation, competency, the Master/Pilot Exchange, the chit — into one consolidated, provider-scoped audit console: independently verifiable and exportable for a regulator or an investigation. Assurance, not paperwork.
A framework-agnostic safety-management system for pilotage providers: controlled documents mapped to whichever standards apply, with an auditor-ready coverage/gap matrix, risk assessments and toolbox talks. Always audit-ready, never self-certified.
The operating system for shipping agencies — booking, clearance, billing, agent–principal comms — replacing eight tools with one.
AI for bunker quoting, slot booking, surveying and reconciliation. Built for Singapore's bunker complex, deployable everywhere.
Plug-and-play middleware. Wire your existing TMS, ERP or agency software to OCEANS-X without rebuilding.
Self-serve audit, data-readiness scoring, and a roadmap to OCEANS-X integration — free for SSA members.
The platform
The live pilotage suite today; the wider port-call modules as they ship.
On 21 April 2026 the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Shipping Association launched OCEANS-X and the AI Adoption MOU. PortCall.ai was founded to operationalise both — on day one.
Stack · simplified
Native integration. No screen-scraping. No middleware lock-in.
A founder-direct roadmap. We publish it because we want you to hold us to it.
Nāvika live on the full Singapore port profile, OCEANS-X wired across the suite — and continuous port intelligence running around the clock: sanctions, Port State Control and data-integrity screening across the live fleet.
Shipping lines, agents, charterers and bunker operators — Indo-Pacific first, EU & MENA next.
Co-published with MPA. Two new AI use cases co-developed under the SSA Maritime AI Programme.
Expansion into the full Green & Digital Shipping Corridor data exchange — owners, charterers and regulators on one record.
See it running on your own port profile — and a clear path from demo to daily use.
